Location

The Camp it’s situated in Vila Nova de Milfontes is located 25km south of Sines and 15km north of Zambujeira do Mar, between Lisbon and the Algarve, south Portugal, conveniently located approximately 150 kms from the airports of both Faro and Lisbon.

The Surf House get near to the city centre and 10 minutes walking from the beach. Surrounded by Natural Park (Natural Park of Southwest Alentejo), this means large sandy beaches, dunes, rivers and nice sandbanks, mountains, wildlife, dunes and popular or deserted beaches on the shores of the Atlantic. The most important town around is Sines.

Weather and Landscapes

Atlantic/Mediterranean climate with mild winters and hot summers, makes this town very popular in the summer time. Here guests can find lots of places to relax, beaches, surf shops, restaurants, bars, nightclubs, museums... and much, much more. The best of the Natural Park is between Sines and VN de Milfontes: large sandy beaches sheltered from the wind, crystalline water and green hills and also the best sunset ever... well, the Alentejo in its best.

Surf Spots

Alentejo shore offers some of the best surfing conditions in Portugal, with consistent swell, good waves and large sandy beaches, between high cliffs and rock formations. Our surf area starts in Lagoa de Melides until Zambujeira do Mar, where we have many spots to surf, highlighting Lagoa de Santo André (30km), São Torpes (15km) and Malhão (5 Km) , …About Lagoa de Santo André - with the natural evolution of this seashore lagoon once a year it as to be opened to the sea, forming a shallow beach and great sandbanks, breaking perfect tubular waves.
