DIRECTIONS TO CALETA DE FAMARA

• After exiting the parking area reserved for hire cars at the airport follow the Yaiza / Arrecife sign.
• At the roundabout follow the signpost to Yaiza / Arrecife.
• Immediately after the roundabout (before you go under the bridge) turn right following the sign to Arrecife.
• Join the dual carriageway.
• At the first exit off the dual carriageway signposted LZ301 San Bartolome and follow this road parallel to the dual carriageway.
• At the first roundabout turn left following the sign LZ2 aeropuerto / Tias.
• Go under the bridge.
• Carry straight on at the next roundabout. You will enter a parking area situated between 2 buildings at the side of a shop called Ropers.
• Turn right at the end of this parking area and continue on this road behind the industrial units until you reach a new roundabout. A quick fit tire place called Multi Ruedas should be on your right.
• Turn left at the roundabout passing another industrial unit called “Africa Mar” on your right hand side.
• Follow the next road uphill for 2km until you get to a roundabout.
• At the roundabout go straight ahead following the signpost for San Bartolome.
• After 2kms you will reach a roundabout with a go-karting track on your right. At the roundabout go straight on following the sign for Tinajo / San Bartolome.
• Go under the bridge and follow the road round to the left. You will join another road.
• After 1.3kms you will reach a roundabout in the village of San Bartolome. Go straight ahead over the roundabout, following the sign for LZ20 Tinajo / La Santa.
• After 1.3kms you will reach a round about with a white monument (just before the roundabout there is a petrol station on your left).
• At this roundabout turn right following the signs for LZ30 Teguise / Haria.
• Follow this road for 4.7kms (on your right you will pass an industrial building and goat cheese farm).
• 4.7kms from the roundabout turn left following the sign to Caleta de Famara.
• This road takes you into the village of Caleta de Famara where you are staying.
• As you head towards the sea, stay on the main road as it bends left.
• As you approach the village with the beach on your right hand side there is a cluster of white houses behind dunes on your left, take the first left into Calle Achique.
