Depending where students go after learning with us, we teach with all available kite systems on the market:

• Bow Kites - Best - for wave riding, low & high winds and gusty conditions.
• C-shaped Kites - Slingshot & North - for places with constant winds (wakeboarding style).
• Ramair Kites - Flysurfer - for those who want to use their skills in light wind, on land, snow and water.

• Stefan owns the Kitesurf School in Cabarete. He invented teaching with Radio Helmets and We are still the ONLY School that use this system. This means You get immediate feedback on the water to get you going faster! It also provides a good means of safety.

• Calima Surf offer you the ONLY Kitesurfing School that provide Offshore Boat Training. 100% of the lesson time can be spent in the water (no walking back upwind!) and you learn away from others.

• We are the ONLY Kitesurfing School that provide Kiteboard Towing. This is excellent training for people with no board experience. Towing simulates the kiting waterstart, correct board position and helps students feel what its like to plane and edge.

• We are the ONLY Kitesurfing School that operates a Gear Rental Pool. This means that not only can you rent any brand and any size Kite and board, you can try different brands and sizes at any time while renting gear with us.

• We are the ONLY Kitesurfing School to operate as a Test Center for multiple brands/Systems including Best, Slingshot, F.One, North and Flysurfer!.

• In case you get far out and need help, our Rescue Boat is always on standby. Be it if the weather turns bad or your kite deflates or any other problem, our rescue team will be there to help you.

When you rent our equipment, you are entitled to try different boards and kites when you want, so you can find what's right for you.

 

Note: In Cabarete beach is a Shop where you can buy kitesurf equipment and much more things, if you need some special kite gear, you can ask and we will find you some very good prices.
