COMPLETE COURSES OF INITIATION TO SURF FOR BEGINNERS AND INTERMEDIATE SURFERS

If you already did a level 1 surf course, you surf but not regularly and want to improve your skills or simply want to surf in a very good and safe atmosphere without having to carry your own material… this is the level for you …

Our surf instructors certified by the Canarian Surfing Federation will evaluate your skills and supervise your training, advising or correcting whatever is necessary to improve your surf. You’ll rapidly improve and develop your surf learning new tricks…

All this in maximum safety. Our instructors are certified beach lifeguards.

SHEDULE

• 09:50 At the meeting point (Surf shop )
• 10:00 We depart looking for the best waves according to your level. We'll surf on the beaches by the hotels, el Cotillo and Esquinzo.
• 10.30 Lesson strats at the beach! Warmup, Streching, easy exercises, theory, practice on the sand and in the water!!!!
• 12:30 - 12:45 lunch break
• 14:45 Warm up.. and in the water!!! Surfing under supervision and error correction from our instructors.
• 15.00 We arrive at Corralejo

 

In this level we'll help you perfect your style, help you with all the "bad habits" aquired throught out your free surfing days. You'll learn how to duck dive correctly, manouver correctly, the bottom turn, cut back... nad a lot more. This courses take place at the same beach es and shedule as level one courses.
