Finding an international flight to El Salvador (airport code: SAL) is usually not a problem. From New York, Atlanta, Miami, Houston, Los Angeles, Toronto, Amsterdam, Madrid, and South America you can find direct flights and from most other places in USA and Europe you can usually find a combination of flights with just one stopover.
Arrival to El Salvador: is usually done trough Comalapa International Airport located in La Paz state 35 min drive from La Libertad and 25 min drive from San Salvador city.
When you arrive at the airport one of the staff members will meet you and give you a ride to the surf camp. Upon departure you will get a ride back to the airport.
