Learn Capoeira during your surf trip in Brazil

When in the middle of XVI century the African slaves who lived in Brazil, brought from Portugal couldn’t practice any kind of fight skills – so they could be easy to dominate – they engineered a kind of martial art. That was how “Capoeira” was created; it is a fusion between folk dance, fight, energy release and body control.

Learn one of the most controversial disciplines at it's place of birth. The school is called "TRIBU UNIDA" and it's master (former student of Maestro Ezequiel) is willing to teach you everyday the secrets and technics of Brazilian CAPOEIRA. On the beach for the morning sessions or at the local gimnasium (old cinema) for night sessions

The Course

The basic course includes 3 classes a week. Also with the CAPOEIRA MASTER package you will get as a gift the traditional suite worn to practice this sport (shirt and trousers).

SURF + CAPOEIRA (Beginners)

1 WEEK SURFCAMP INCLUDES:

• Transfer from/to “Ilheus” airport to “Itacare” (70Km)
• 7 Nights accommodation in our Surf House (shared)
• Typical brasilian breakfast and tropical juices
• 3 Days of surf school
• All the necessary equipment (boards, vests, leach…)
• 3 Days of Capoeira Course
• Snack on the beach on school days (Water and tropical fruit)
• 1 Dinner - Farewell party. Vegetarian, Iternational or Brazilian food
• Local guide and security during excursions
• A canoe tour through the jungle... to a beautifull wild cascate
