CLIMATE
Salvador and its North Coast, in the typical Brazilian Northeast Tropical Climate, has a hot climate throughout the year.
On the months of November until March, the temperatures are the hottest of the year, oscillating around 26° C to 34° C.
From March to July, the weather is more stable and the temperatures vary from 22° C to 30° C.
July to October, the rain is more frequent and the weather becomes a little colder. In these occasions, the thermometers do not exceed the 28° C, although it rarely reaches the 19° C.

For surfers, the months of April until August are the best ones to catch well formed and strong waves. However in several surfspots in the region we also have, at this time, smaller waves ideal for beginners. |
The water in Bahia and region is hot throughout the year. The adequate clothing to surf is a pair of shorts and a t-shirt. |
