LOCATION

Asturias is becoming well known as a surf destination since a couple of years ago. Kitesurfing is also becoming popular, mainly in summer.

You will be able to find consistence spots, uncrowded beaches and the balance between the city and the country.

The Surf House is situated walking distance far from Los Quebrantos beach, where is possible to practice kitesurf and wake board (at the river mouth), fishing and of course surfing.

Diving, Trekking in the forest, horse ride, river kayak, and local gastronomy are also recommended. We are in a quiet fishing town, even although there is some restaurants, supermarkets, pubs and bars on the beach

The Camp is 10 min driving distance from Aviles, 25 minutes from Gijón and 35 minutes from Oviedo

The Food
While Asturias is especially known for its seafood, the most famous regional dish is fabada asturiana, a rich stew typically made with large white beans (fabes), shoulder of pork (lacón), black sausage (morcilla), spicy sausage (chorizo), and saffron (azafrán).
Asturian cheeses, especially Cabrales, are also famous throughout Spain and beyond; Asturias is often called "the land of cheeses" (el país de los quesos) due to the product's diversity and quality in this region.
